Date of the Event:  October 18, 2025

Location:  GH Freeman Park, 545 Plano Richpond Road

Cost: $35.00 for a 10’x10′ space

Vendors must provide their own equipment (canopies, chairs, tables, etc.)

The event is rain or shine.  If inclement weather makes it impossible to continue, it will be cancelled and not rescheduled)

No electricity or running water will be available.  Vendors may bring a generator, if needed.  

Our event runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm.  Setup time will begin at 8:00am and breakdown begins at 4:00pm.

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the condition they found it.
